33CX 1324/5/6 (CMS 817) – RIGOLETTO – CALLAS, GOBBI, Di STEFANO
Columbia mono recording issued as a boxed set of 3-LPs (5-sides) on blue/gold labels, catalogue numbers 33CX 1324 /5/6 (CMS 817) Verdi’s opera Rigoletto with Tulio Serafin conducting the Orchestra and Chorus of La Scala Milan; cast: Maria Callas, Tito Gobbi, Giuseppe di Stefano, etc.
The discs are in excellent shiny condition. There is a very faint mark on side 3: 1 loud tick and about 20 VERY faint non-intrusive ticks. The 28-page full libretto and single sheet cast listing are near mint. The box has rubbed edges and is split on 2 corners.
