33CX 1469-71 blue/gold – BELLINI: LA SONNAMBULA – CALLAS / VOTTO
Columbia mono recording on blue/gold labels catalogue numbers 33CX 1469-71 (CMS 822). Boxed set of 3-LPs (5 sides) with cast list and synopsis plus 28-page libretto. Bellini’s opera "La Sonnambula" with Antonino Votto conducting the Orchestra and Chorus of La Scala, Milan, Soloists: Maria Meneghini Callas, Nicolo Zaccaria, Fiorenza Cossotto, Nicola Monti, etc.
The discs have an unplayed appearance. Side 5 has 4 TINY pressing faults which are probably inaudible but we have not played any of the discs to preserve their almost certain mint condition. The leaflets and libretto are excellent. The box is excellent with storage scuffing on edges/corners.
