The labels are mild wear and have radio white ink and sticker on A label, hole is fine. This will come with an inner sleeve. The jacket has a nice cover, tape on bottom edge (browning on back), ink name and number on top back, nothing else notable, see the photos. This comes from the bigbillkorst2 jazz collection.
