Cover is in very good plus condition with minor wear to corners, the bottom right corner does have a split but is small and does not carry into the cover, refer to photos, the back cover is in very good plus condition with original tape still stuck firmly, the whole cover is still very stiff and has been kept in superb condition, this is an album from 1956 which has an un-laminated cover but it is still in very good plus shape, it also has the original inner sleeve which is in excellent condition. Condition of spine has some rubbing to letters, please refer to photos.
The record is graded as very good plus and has some light surface wear but has been tested and there is nothing wrong with play, there are a few pops and ticks but nothing wrong with the record, it plays throughout. The labels are in excellent condition both sides of the record as indicated in photos,
