The records are unplayed and in mint condition as are the individual covers, the rice inner sleeves and the cardboard sliders.  The outer box is near mint plus with no problems...I have has this since new and have never played it.  I am starting this low with no reserve.  Counts as three discs for shipping.

MINT is unplayed or sealed.

MINT MINUS is perfect but most likely played. 

NEAR MINT is in terrific shape with an inconsequential mark or two not affecting play. 

VERY GOOD PLUS is collectible but might have some light scratches and light noise.
