It has no Tears, Splits or Creases and is in a very good condition, just a very slight yellowing about the edges.
Vinyl Condition: This has the White Promo which are both marked up with Japanese Kanji Writing saying ????(Article Was Not For Sale to the Public) and ??? Sample Version. This feels like a heavy vinyl when you handle it and it shines still like a new, there are no spindle marks on it and looks unplayed, I would say that this is as close to mint as you can get without actually being mint. Fair Warning is the fourth studio album by American hard rock band Van Halen. Released in 1981, it sold more than two million copies, but was still the band's slowest-selling album of the David Lee Roth era. Despite the album's commercially disappointing sales, Fair Warning was met with mostly positive reviews from critics.
The front cover art features a detail from "The Maze", a painting by the Canadian artist William Kurelek which depicts his tortured youth. The album was listed by Esquire as one of the 75 Albums Every Man Should Own.
Fair Warning was one of the first albums to reflect the rift in the Van Halen power structure; David Lee Roth wished to emphasize the pop influence that emerged on the previous two albums (which brought the band increased attention and a wider appeal), while guitarist Eddie Van Halen preferred to explore darker, longer and generally more complex song-structures that emphasized his innovative guitar work. Eddie clearly prevailed, as the album in fact featured longer, darker, more aggressive guitar-oriented material. Fair Warning also ushered in the first appearance of synthesized keyboards on a Van Halen record, played by Eddie. Despite the synthesizers, Fair Warning contained no radio hits (although "So This Is Love?" charted briefly) and included one instrumental, the synth-heavy "Sunday Afternoon in the Park".
The album's cover artwork is accompanied by an insert of a black-and-white picture of the band, as well as a view of a ghetto drywall. This drywall has a wire running across it, cracked windows at the top and a Roth-era Van Halen logo with plaster cracked over the left wing. Also on the wall is a lyric from the album's opening song, "Mean Street".

1984 (written as MCMLXXXIV on the album's front cover) is the sixth studio album by American hard rock band Van Halen. "1984" remains one of Van Halen's most popular albums in terms of sales, (with 12 million copies sold in the U.S. alone;) Billboard chart performance, (reaching #2 on the Billboard Top 200 Album Charts, and remaining there for 5 weeks - behind Michael Jackson's mega-selling Thriller, on which Eddie Van Halen played guitar;) and in terms of memorable singles - including the #1 Billboard Pop Hit, Jump; Top #13 Hits Panama, I'll Wait; and the MTV sensation, Hot for Teacher. 1984 was the last, full-length Van Halen album to feature the band's iconic frontman David Lee Roth until 2012's A Different Kind of Truth, and also its latest album (to date) to sell over 10 million copies in America alone, (i.e. achieve RIAA Diamond status.)
In 1983, Van Halen was written into the Guinness Book of World Records as the "highest paid band of all-time" for its 90 minute set headlining the US Festival. Additionally, the band's guitarist, Eddie Van Halen - already internationally-known for "re-writing the rules of the electric guitar" - performed one of popular music's most famous guitar solos on Michael Jackson's 1983 #1 hit Billboard hit, Beat It. Each successive Van Halen album had charted higher than its predecessor - and by 1983, Van Halen was arguably the most popular rock band in the world; however, during 1984 - with Van Halen's album, 1984 - the band achieved the pinnacle of its commercial and critical success.

Cover Art

The iconic cover was created by graphic artist Margo Nahas. It was not specifically commissioned; Nahas had been asked to create a cover that featured four chrome women dancing, but declined. Her husband brought her portfolio to the band anyway, and from that material they chose the painting of a cherub stealing cigarettes that was ultimately used. The model was Carter Helm, who was the child of one of Nahas' best friends, who she photographed holding a candy cigarette.

Eat 'Em and Smile is the debut full-length solo album by original Van Halen vocalist David Lee Roth, released July 7, 1986.
After parting ways with Van Halen under disputed circumstances in 1985, David Lee Roth returned with his first solo LP a year later. Roth had previously released a solo EP of covers called Crazy from the Heat in 1985. However, for the new album, Roth rejected a set of all lounge covers and returned to a rock sound similar to his style with Van Halen. Roth hired as his new backing band three powerhouse musicians, bassist Billy Sheehan (later of Mr. Big), drummer Gregg Bissonette and guitarist Steve Vai who had worked previously with Frank Zappa, PiL and Alcatrazz, and would soon become a successful solo artist in his own right.
The album was a straightforward hard rock album and was a critical and commercial success, with Rolling Stone, among others, saying nothing on the album was as slick as any of the singles from Van Halen's 5150 album and much more "trashy fun". In a nod to his previous solo effort, there are two lounge songs included, "That's Life" and "I'm Easy". Roth also included a cover of the popular hit "Tobacco Road". The album's first single, "Yankee Rose", was a staple of both MTV and radio, although "Goin' Crazy!" also saw limited radio play.
