Description

For sale is a lot of 4 various jazz records on the Prestige Label. Blue Trident labels. Best described as a starter/filler lot. Records are all playable but not close to audiophile grade.    Red Garland - Live!.  Prestige/New Jazz NJLP 8326.  Van Gelder in deadwax. Record: G+. Both sides filled with light hairlines that can be seen under bright light. Some lightly feelable scratches present, more on side 1. Scuffing on side 1 track 1 that cause noise. Play tested in full. Played through on my turntable but with crackle under music. Occasional tick and pop. Sleeve: G. Spine completely split. Top and bottom seems still in tact but with some partial splits and wear. Staining on front.
Richard Groove Holmes - Spicy.  PR 7493. Van Gelder in Deadwax Record: VG-. Nice shine but numerous light hairlines visible. A few ligthly feelable. Plays through with light noise.  Sleeve: VG-. Heavy creasing top right corner. Hole punch through bottom right. Spine has 4 inch split in middle. Corner wear. Staining on front. 
Mose Allison Sings. PRLP 7239.  Van Gelder in deadwax. Record: Strong VG-.  Visually best of the lot. Nice shine, but a number of superficial hairlines and signs of handling present. Plays with some light noise under music. Sleeve: VG-. Orange sticker on front. Heavy corner wear and creasing. 
Gene Ammons - Jungle Soul.  PRST 7257 Van Gelder in deadwax. Record: G. Visually has lots of light marks and a number of feelable scratches on each side. Play tested in full and plays through above grade. Crackle under music and occasional tick/pop. May vary depending on setup. Sleeve: VG. Black marker in small spot on back. Corner wear.
