Description

This is "album #19 in a series of reissues of the original records that made jazz history"

Comes packaged in an "Introducing the new Columbia Recortainer". Features a rubber spindle to mount the records on when storing. Strong, hinged box. This set contains 4 of the records but none of the original paperwork that came with the set.

Six of the sides are reissues while two sides are previously unreleased. Songs featured are Take Me For A Buggy Ride, Gimme Me A Pigfoot, Baby Doll, Lost Your Head Blues, Cake Walking Babies, Young Women's Blues, Do Your Duty, and I'm Down In The Dumps. Some of the backup bands: Buck and his Band, her Blue Boys, Fletcher Henderson's Hot Six, and Henderson on the piano. The records are in VG to VG+ condition with normal wear.
