Description

This is a set of the first four original Talking Heads vinyl albums from 1974-1980. I am the original owner and these records were played on high quality turntables, so they are in excellent shape.  As you can see from the pictures, these are also cosmetically in excellent condition.  These are the original Sire versions of each album, not subsequent "value" reissues.  Albums included are:

  • Talking Heads: 77 (special record sleeve with lyrics, 1977 #SR 6036)
  • More Songs About Buildings And Food (special record sleeve with lyrics, 1978 #SRK 6058)
  • Fear Of Music ("3D tread" cover, special record sleeve with lyrics, 1979 #SRK 6076)
  • Remain In Light (special record sleeve, 1980 #SRK 6095)
My name is on the cover, sleeve, and label of each, but is fairly unobtrusive.  Also, there was scotch tape on the pressure points of the sleeves to protect from ripping.  In some cases this has discolored and/or fallen off.  I have listened to them all and they all play properly.  This is being sold as a set only and is being sold as-is.
