Payment by Paypal is preferred. If you are collecting from our warehouse we can also accept cash or card payments. We can also accept uncrossed Postal Orders but NOT cheques due to the long processing time.
Due to staffing restrictions we can normally only post items on a Monday or Thursday once they have been paid for. It is possible to collect items from our Furniture Warehouse in Winsford (CW7) Mon to Fri 9am-4pm and Sat 10am-2pm. Please let us know if you will be collecting. Items sent by courier will be marked as dispatched on the day before the courier collects. !!!! If for any reason you are not happy please contact us and we will try to resolve the issue. In the event of a damaged or broken item, all original packaging must be kept and photos taken, if possible, in case of a Royal Mail claim as the item may need to be returned

We are a charity ebay shop run by volunteers. We can normally only answer questions relating to listed items or sales during our opening hours - Mon-Fri 9am-4pm UK time. These items are donated to our charity shops, We may lack some expertise and cannot guarantee smoke/pet free homes etc. We do try to research them as much as possible and describe them as accurately as we can. 100% of proceeds after payment of any ebay and Paypal Fees goes to St Lukes Hospice Cheshire Please feel free to ask for more pictures or ask any questions
