4000+ Dance Music Vinyl Record Collection.
Well, it's that time of year again, and due to an impending flock of migratory geese that rent out our garage during the winter months, we need some space.
Lucky for you, that space is currently occupied by a rather large collection of records.
It comprises 4000+ used dance music records from the 90's onwards.
The mix of records breaks down roughly into something like: 700 Breaks, 500 Drum'n'Bass, 500 Hiphop/RNB, 500 Beats/Electronica & 1709 House/Tech/Minimal and 1 bad 70's pop record.
All vinyls are in playable condition, and most are in very good condition, except the pop record which is, not surprisingly, unplayed.
By way of some history, we are a recordstore that trades in new and used vinyl. We buy collections of all sizes from people and inevitably we end up with more records than we can store and more than any sane person wants to dig through.
Some of the people who contributed to this lot are Matt&Kayla, John McLean, Elroy & Kato, plus a lot of smaller lots that just blow through our door from various people.
This collection is perfect for someone just getting into mixing vinyl, lots of different stuff to experiment with and a bundle of gems still waiting to be plucked [the last 1500 only went in 4 weeks ago].
Better still, go in with a few mates and spend the winter months playing dibsies.
Buyer will have to arrange own pickup and will need to provide their own boxes for about 2000 of the records.
As we are not drunk while posting this, we will not be writing anything funny here but we will start the auction at 99c with no reserve, because it's fun to watch.
