Description
Rare New Orleans soul by Irma Thomas. Minit 666 "Rules of My Heart" and "Hittin' On Nothing". Clean, shiny playing surface visually grades VG+ with no serious marks of any kind and light sleeve marks. "Hittin'" side looks to have had more play, but both sides sound equally good to me with mimld crackle and pops. Should benefit from an ultrasonic cleaning. One label has a black marker "S" at upper right that is mostly visible at an angle. Other label has 4 tiny white nicks and a very faint streak at right. Overall the labels are nice but not perfect. No skips, no warp and very few marks. Ships First Class insured in a good sleeve and carefully packed between rigid cardboard. Ask questions before committing. Thanks and God bless!

Excellent Minus (E-) A near excellent record with no noticeable groove wear. Could have faint sleeve marks.
The record should show no obvious signs of wear with great shine.
Very Good Plus (VG+) A Very Good Plus record will show some signs that it was played and handled but with care.
Record surfaces may show some signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or
very light scratches that don't affect one's listening experiences. Should still have very good shine.
The label may have some ring wear or discoloration, but it should be barely noticeable.
The center hole will not have been misshapen by repeated play.
Very Good (VG) Surface noise will be evident upon playing, but will not overpower the music.
Groove wear will start to be noticeable, as with light scratches (deep enough to feel with a fingernail) that will affect the sound.
Labels may be marred by writing, or have tape or stickers (or their residue) attached.
Good (G), Good Plus (G+) The record can be put onto a turntable and will play through without skipping.
But it will have significant surface noise and scratches and visible groove wear.
