Gradings & Abbreviations:

sUGARBUSH RECORDS' GRADING SYSTEM

Mint (M) The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet. booklet or poster are in perfect condiition. Records marked as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint. Excellent (EX) The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. Very Good (VG) The record has obviously been played many times, but displayes no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects is acceptable Good (G) The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc

Note: The Northern Soul 45s I am auctioning come from 1 private collection. The owner (deceased) collected these in the 1970s and possibly early 80s. I have dealt with USA Rock & Psych 45s for years but am not so experienced with USA Soul 45. I would ask anyone to email with questions regarding matrix numbers etc, as I know some of the 45s in this collection are repros. I am sure all serious collectors will know by the label and matrixes which are original and which are not. I am just selling these for the music and am careful not to state anything as "original"- in case it is not. But they are all old 45s and many are the real deal. Just email me if you have questions and all enquiries (not blanket statements as to authenticity as there can be misinformation) will be posted. Have fun and good luck.
