Up for auction from my personal collection:

Rare Mono on one side and Stereo on the other Promotional Copy that I picked up at my local Record Store when the song first came out. See pictures (added bonus: I am throwing in an extra Bell Records sleeve).

I just played both sides after over 45 years of sitting in a 45 record box.  It's not mint, but it is in good condition with a little crackle in the quiet spots.
