4-Star EP-14
EP that was not sold to the public, and was a promo only item given to radio stations. It seems that 4 Star Publishing felt that Decca Records needed a little help getting DJs to play Patsy Cline records. She was near the beginning of that big dry spell between the summer of '57 and spring of 1961 when Patsy didn't have a single charted 45.
This is a special promo only EP sent out by 4 Star Publishing targeting four new songs that they controlled the publishing on. Airplay = money for the publisher, so push the product. They must have felt that Decca didn't have Patsy Cline as a priority. That's rather odd, isn't it?
