Description

For sale is an unplayed N.O.S. blue vinyl regular issue 45rpm record from the Publisher's original allotment when the 45 was produced in 1993 and comes complete with two of the world famous "SPEED LIMIT 45 RPM" decals!  The limited edition of 500 copies were produced on blue vinyl and the release quickly sold out.  JAN CEE MUSIC Publishing (BMI) edited the short intro note found on the original NABOR 103 release in order to distinguish the second pressing's sound recording from the mega-rare original.  Many collectors feel this is the best-sounding version of "Speed Limit" on vinyl due to more modern analog-to-analog transfer to lacquer and the use of ultra-quiet blue vinyl in its production.  Included are two decals from the original roll of 1,000; these were shipped along with each record to buyers worldwide and few survive due to the non-permanent ink used in their production.   The B-side artist shown above is not correct- "The Sounds Of The Crowns" are the performing artists/band on this previously-unreleased garage instrumental from 1959 engineered by Gene Edmondson of Indianapolis, IN.  "OUTTA' GAS S-102 B" has been posted to YouTube for your enjoyment but is best appreciated in its analog form.
Shipping in the U.S. is via USPS Media Mail, buyer pays postage.  Overseas shipping is via eBay International.  Payment via PayPal is expected within three days of sale.  This is an unplayed vinyl record carefully stored for almost 30 years- Return accepted if disc is not as described.  Check my feedback- I've been buying and selling records for 50+ years.  All profits from the sale of these archive recordings will be used to help keep the Mad Mike Moldies LP photo reference website alive and online!
