Here's a fairly rare set of three 78 rpm records from the SPANISH CIVIL WAR titled 6 SONGS FOR DEMOCRACY. 

This was released on the Keystone label, 101, in 1940. 

It is complete with all three 78s and a small 16-page booklet with introduction by Paul Robeson and lyrics in German and English.

THE PEAT-BOG SOLDIERS

Sung by German singer and stage actor ERNST BUSCH, a political refugee from Nazi Germany, who fought with the antifascist International Brigade during the Spanish Civil War. 

The albums were recorded in 1938, but not released until 1940, following the end of the war. 

Recorded with a chorus of soldiers, purportedly in the men's barracks, with noises of wartime activity in the background.

The cardboard covers have bumped and rubbed corners and are scuffed along top and bottom edges.  One side is really bad

Booklet has light wear. 

They look like they were played very little. Overall condition is  What I would call VERY GOOD but I am NOT a dealer...
