I've resumed downsizing my personal music collection, and expect to be offering a wide range of rare and collectable items over the next several months.  I treat all of my music carefully; anything offered here for sale is in top condition unless otherwise noted.  CDs may have slight markings, but these are insignificant and do not affect play.  All inserts are included, and any damage or significant signs of wear will be described.  I don't rate jewel case conditions, but won't ship a cracked or damaged case.  I'm a serious collector myself and will be happy to provide answers to any detailed questions that you may have.  All items will be carefully packaged.

4 LP box set entitled Open Strings: Early Virtuoso Recordings From The Middle East, And New Responses.  Sides 1-4 are early, mostly 1920s recordings from Egypt, Iran, Iraq and Turkey, transferred from original 78s in the EMI archive with sound restoration at Abbey Road Studios. Sides 5-8 are new commissions in response. Housed in four individual picture sleeves within a hard cardboard slipcase.  Set is not sealed but records are unplayed. Some very light signs of shelf wear to the slipcase.

Any handling charges that are attached to this auction are to cover shipping related expenses (I typically use new corrugated cardboard mailers but may reuse corrugated mailers that are structurally sound).
