Description

This is a set of five reproduction R&R 78rpm records from a set released in the 1980's that was called Rock and Roll Volume 2.

All records are unplayed and in near mint condition with their labels also in near mint condition.

I have them listed as 'used' and 'near mint condition' because unless records are factory sealed I don't consider them 'mint'.

The records are as follows:

 

THE EARLS on Rock N' Roll Geatest Hits 1130 label with songs of "Remember Then" (reached #24 on the Billboard charts in 1962) backed with "Never"

 

THE IMPALAS on MGM 162 label with songs of "Sorry (I Ran All The Way Home)" (reached #2 on the Billboard charts in 1959) backed with "Fool Fool Fool"

 

THE MYSTICS on Laurie 3028 label with songs of "Hushabye" (reached #20 on the Billboard charts in 1959) backed with "Adam And Eve"

 

THE SHELLS on Johnson 104 label with songs of "Baby Oh Baby" (reached #21 on the Billboard charts in 1960) backed with "What's In An Angel's Eyes"

 

THE SHIELDS on Tender 506 label with songs of "You Cheated" (reached #12 on the Billboard charts in 1958) backed with "That's The Way It's Gonna Be"

 

Again, these are reproduction 78rpm records that are re-issues on vinyl made in the 1980’s for jukebox owners. This is similar to the Rhino and Jukebox Classics sets and can be played on jukeboxes with updated light weight tone arms. You will see that the 'B' sides are all the original 'B' sides when they were released on their 45rpm record format. Payment is by Paypal service only and payment is due within 24 hours of auction closing. If you have any questions or would like more pictures, please ask before bidding. I have experience shipping 78rpm records and have never had a problem; so they will be packed well for safe delivery. I have other 78rpm repro records listed this week; and can combine multiple auction wins into one shipping charge. I got these records as part of a package deal to complete my 'R&R Volume 2' 78rpm record set, and these are all extra copies that I don't need.
