91. SET OF 5 VINTAGE MICKEY MOUSE CLUB (WALT DISNEY) CARDBOARD PICTURE RECORDS IN ILLUSTRATED FOLDER
DESCRIPTION:
Group of vintage cardboard picture records, items are all one-sided, have colorful illustrations under playing surface, come in folder, folder has illustrations on one side (backside is blank), and these items date from late 1950's or early 1960's.
MEASUREMENTS:
The folder measures 7-1/8 inches square; unfolded, it is 7-1/8 x 42-1/2 inches. Each record is 6-3/4 inches in diameter.
CONDITION:
The folder has light scuffs, small scratches, light edge wear, some light creases, and light yellowing due to age. The records have light scuffs, small scratches, irregular edges (were cut out by original owner), there is a visible fold on both the "Toot-Toot" and "Cartoon Time" discs, yellowing and light stains on the back (blank) sides of the discs, and a clear plastic tear around spindle hole on Joe McDonald disc (not into grooves).
There are small glue spots on edges (underneath playing surfaces), the clear thin plastic playing surfaces have lifted somewhat from cardboard bases. These discs all play fairly well with excellent fidelity, good volume, and light surface noise. For best results, they should be played on a modern phonograph with a thin stylus.
