Description

To all my friends and fellow collectors, this week will be my last listing week for this year. I would like to thank you all for your kind and loyal support over the past year, and I look forward to carrying this journey onwards in the New Year. I would finally like to take this opportunely to wish you and all your families a very "Merry Christmas" and a prosperous "New Year".

Hello to all you Rock 'n' Roll, Fifties Pop & Rockabilly connoisseur's out there

What you are looking at here is a beautiful hand made picture sleeve (Only) made for the 1957 Coral classic Johnny Brunette Trio UK released single "Lonesome Train" Q-72227. This stunning piece of art has been made faithfully and true to the EP original picture sleeves of the classic Fifties/Sixties period. This has been made in proper card (added protection your investment) and has that famous "Laminated" front cover just like the Fifties/Sixties originals and even the "Flipback" flaps on the rear. As you would all well know that in their heyday none of the regular UK Coral released 45s from this period where never ever released with a picture sleeve only the EP's would get that privilege.

Please note that this is not a company item in anyway but an individual handcrafted item made lovingly by a collector for collectors. All sizes are true to the Garrod & Lofthouse Sixties spec so it can be used to house the 45 single no problem.......please note that there is no record included.

This Picture Sleeve (protector) is made from only using the best of materials - the fronts are printed on premium glossy photo card of 260gsm, which keeps the colours deep and rich, and is then laminated just like the sixties originals. The rears are once again top quality card which are slightly thicker then the original card used in the sixties.

Being that Coral had never made any picture sleeves for their regular released recordings this has been made meticulously designed with care and attention too the late Fifties period detail giving it that special charm. With the flipback corners all round and the classic Coral label logo we could only imagine how it could have been (Hope all you collectors approve). Weather you have a company sleeve, you're a advent collector or a Northern Soul DJ out on the road this is a beautiful piece of art that would have people talking noticing and looking.

 Thanks for Looking
