Description

50s Rockabillly Hillbilly Betty Coral 45 Record Hear it Crazy Rare Record: Chili Dippin' Baby 1955
This auction is for an extraordinarily rare record from 1955 on BLUE HEN records (Harrington, Delaware) "Chili Dippin' Baby" backed with "Texarkana Waltz" from Betty Coral. As far as I know, this is Betty's first recording and is a difficult record to find in any condition. The song "Chili Dippin' Baby" was included on the rare hillbilly-rockabilly compilation disc "Campus Boogie."
Pull your price guide down off of the shelf. This is an investment record. In these days of economic uncertainty, put your money into a recession proof collectable record. Record collecting is continuing to gain in popularity just as quality investment records such as this are drying up. This mismatch in supply and demand has pushed prices higher and higher here on eBay...and therefore the prices listed in various guides this year are reflecting eBay's impact o the marketplace. Both sides of this record have been added to the embedded auction player so that you may sample the quality for yourself.
This record has been given an overall grade of VG to VG+. This is a clean record, with a couple of scratch marks on either side which were likely created by previous juke box play and time spent out side of a paper sleeve. These imperfections are brought out when the record is placed beneath a bright light source. If you win this record and are unhappy with my grading of it....I will provide the winning bidder a full money back refund upon the record's safe return to me. Please review my feedback comments.

Winning bidder pays $4.00 for shipping to any location in the world. Please take a look at my other record auctions. Why? because if you win several of them...I can send all the records to you for the low low one time postal charge of just $4.00. Bid now and bid to win. This record auction will end on Saturday June 11th, 2009, so please plan accordingly.
