Description
This is a Great lot of 6 Vintage 16” Red Vinyl Radio Transcription Records. The Music genres include; Jazz; Doo Wop; & Country. The 16” across red vinyl records include; NBC – Thesaurus / Orthacoustic No. 939 w/ the Sammy Kaye Orchestra on both sides; NBC – Thesaurus / Orthacoustic No. 1035 w/ the Vincent Lopez Orchestra on one side, and the Sammy Kaye Orchestra on reverse side; NBC – Thesaurus / Orthacoustic No. 1067 w/ the Norman Cloutier Orchestra on one side, and The Jesters on reverse side (marbleized red vinyl); NBC – Thesaurus / Orthacoustic No. 1077 w/ The Jesters on one side, and The Sourwood Mountain Boys on reverse side; NBC – Thesaurus / Orthacoustic No. 1114 w/ Thesaurus Singers on both sides; & NBC – Thesaurus / Orthacoustic No. 1306 w/ Jimmy Wakely Trio on one side, and Salon Concert Players on reverse side (has as is original paper sleeve, in good but worn condition). I’m guessing that the records are all from around the 1940-50’s. The records range from Fair to Very Good condition, but its hard to grade them, as its hard to see on the red vinyl, and I have nothing to play a record this big on!! I’m selling them more for the Novelty, than the playing quality!! They would look good hanging in your record store, or above your record collection!
