Description

Up for auction is a collection of 6 classic 45rpm vinyl records by the most famous surf band of all time, The Beach Boys. There are three ep's and three singles, and are reasonably hard to find especially the picture sleeve ep's. They are all original Australian pressings Capitol/EMI. They are as follows:

 

1. Barbara Ann pic sleeve ep. Tracks: (a) Sloop John B & The Little Girl I Once Knew (b) There's No Other & Barbara Ann. The vinyl is VG+, bright and glossy with a few light marks. Labels are VG+ with some light spindlewear. Cover is Ex- with some very light ringwear an an old sticker on the back.

 

2. Dance, Dance, Dance, pic sleeve ep. Tracks (a) Dance, Dance, Dance & Do You Wanna Dance (b) Help Me Rhonda & California Girls. Vinyl is Ex with some very light marks. Labels are VG+ with light spindlewear. Cover is Ex- with very light ringwear and tiny pen mark on the back.

 

3. Surfer Girl ep. Tracks: (a) Little Duece Coup & Surfer Girl (b) Summertime Blues & 409. Vinyl is VG+, with a couple of light marks and fingerprints. Labels are VG+ with light spindlewear. Non original parlophone paper sleeve is VG with no tears or splits.

 

4. Good Vibrations/Let's Go Away For A While (instrumental) single. Vinyl is VG- with some light marks and very slight warping. Should still play great. Labels are VG+ with light spindlewear. Generic white paper sleeve is VG with no splits or tears.

 

5. Wouldn't It Be Nice/God Only Knows single. Vinyl is VG with some light marks and a couple of fingermarks.. Labels are VG+ with light spindlewear. Original capitol paper sleeve is Ok, with a seam split on the LHS.

 

6. Never Learn To Love/Bluebirds Over The Mountain single. Vinyl is Ex- with very light marks. Labels are Ex. Generic white paper sleeve is VG.

 

Please note that I haven't played the records, so they are only visually graded. Regardless, they should all be great players. This is a rare opportunity to pick up some classic Beach Boys 45's in very good to excellent condition. Can be picked up from Mt Martha, Vic, or will post Australia wide for AU$6.00.
