Description

Up for auction is this Blue Note 1539 lp titled, " 6 PIECES OF SILVER HORACE SILVER QUINTET ". I believe it's a 2nd pressing from 1957. The bottom back has the Address : BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC., 47 West 63rd St., New York 23 

Deadwax has the "ear" on both sides, including the 9M. Matrix / Runout (Side A, hand etched): RVG BN-LP-1539-A-1 EAR 9M

Matrix / Runout (Side B, hand etched): RVG EAR BN-LP-1539-B 9M. Label has no INC or R. It has light scratches and plays very good. Side one has a little background noise in parts. The last track is pretty much all quiet. Side 2 is excellent with a few pops here and there. The edges of the cover have wear and there's a split in the middle at top. So overall a nice deep groove copy of this rare LP. I have no record cleaner so it could use a cleaning. Estate find. Email me if i have anything wrong. SEE PHOTOS. ASK QUESTIONS.
