Description
This is a great lot of 6 Vintage Beatles – Rock 45 Records. The records include; Capitol #5222 w/ songs “A Hard Day’s Night” & “I Should Have Known Better” (great condition, with only extremely minor wear on one side, and has a small name penned on the label of one side – has a Capitol sleeve, but may not be original to it); Capitol #5255 w/ songs “Slow Down” & “Matchbox” (Near Mint with almost no apparent wear, but does have a small name penned on the label of one side – has a Capitol sleeve, but may not be original to it); Capitol #5498 w/ songs “Yesterday” & “Act Naturally” (Near Mint with almost no apparent wear, but does have a small name penned on the label of one side – has a Capitol sleeve, but may not be original to it); Capitol #5715 w/ songs “Eleanor Rigby” & “Yellow Submarine” (good condition, with moderate light scattered play wear, and small name penned on one side); & 2 different copies of Vee-Jay #63-2967 w/ songs “Please Please Me” & From Me to You”. One version of this has the maker as “Vee&Jay” in an oval, and has some light surface wear, and a small pen written label on the label of one side. The 2nd version has the Vee-Jay makers name in brackets. It has mostly some light wear, but a big scratch on one side, as well as 2 small labels on one side, and some rub wear to the label on the reverse side.
