PROG ROCK COLLECTION  X 6 LP's - Flash / Curverd Air / Strawbs / Wishbone Ash / Genesis / ELP.

1. FLASH - Same (S/T)  - 1972 Sovereign SVNA 7251 - UK original LP on 'blue/silver' label in gatefold sleeve - A-2G / B-1G matrix (machine stamped)  - EX-/EX (Cover is fully intact and displays some creases to the laminated surfaces - Vinyl itself displays just a few minor hairlines and overall plays near perfect throughout - unfortunately there are a few small 'biro pen' marks on the labels - see close up pic)

2. CURVED AIR - Air conditioning - 1970 Warner Brothers WSX 3012 - UK original LP on 'green' label in laminated gatefold, 1st pressing - A1 / B1 matrix (handwritten) - G/G+ (Cover is fully intact and displays mainly light laminate lifting and wear but there is evidence of sellotape removed along top edge - Vinyl itself displays many surface marks and a few scratches but, most of them superficial and overall plays VG to EX with just some clicks on a few of the tracks from the light scratches) 

3. STRAWBS - From the Witchwood - 1971 A&M AMLH 64304 - UK original LP on 'mustard' label in gatefold sleeve, 1st pressing - A-1 / B-1 matrix (handwritten) - EX+/VG+  (Cover is fully intact and near perfect with just slight wear - Vinyl itself visually is near EX with mainly just minor but unfortunately it plays with constant light background crackle and some occasional minor distortion) 

4. WISHBONE ASH - Wishbone Four - 1973 MCA MDKS 8011 - UK original LP on 'black' label in gatefold sleeve, 1st pressing - 1L / 1L matrix (machine stamped) - G+/EX- (Cover is fully intact and displays mainly light wear plus there is a small 'biro pen' mark top left corner back cover - Vinyl itself displays just a few more noticeable light surface marks and the usual minor hairlines and overall plays near EX with just some occasional light crackle first tracks each side) 

5. GENESIS - Nursery cryme - 1971 Charisma CAS 1052 - UK original LP on 'large mad hatter' label with 'B&C' credit, in textured gatefold sleeve, 2nd pressing - A-1U / B-2U matrix (machine stamped) - EX/VG+  (Cover is fully intact and displays minor wear corners and top and bottom of spine - Vinyl itself displays mainly minor hairlines and one noticeable 10mm mark start of side one - superficial though and overall plays VG to EX throughout with just occasional minor distortion and odd minor click) 

Additional Notes - All items graded using the universal RECORD COLLECTOR GRADING SYSTEM and  PLAY TESTED. Additional gradings used, like VG+,  EX-,  EX+ etc. which I'm sure most people are familiar with. Basically in addition to the usual R.C. gradings, the following apply -

M- The record visually is virtually perfect except for the very faintest of hairline surface marks. Playing, the record is virtually perfect except for the faintest of audible noise in run-ons or between tracks. The sleeve and/or inner sleeve is virtually perfect except for very minor creases from handling.

EX+ The record visually is near perfect except for a few faint hairline surface marks. Playing, the record is almost perfect except for some very minor audible noise in the run-ons or between tracks. The sleeve and/or inner sleeve is almost perfect except for a few very minor creases/wear.

EX- The record visually is almost excellent but displays rather more noticeable hairline and very light surface marks but no scratches. Playing, the record is almost excellent but displays slightly more noticeable noise in run-ons or between tracks (crackle) plus additionally the odd minor 'pop/click'. The sleeve and/or inner sleeve displays rather more noticeable creases/wear or slight discolouration with age but no seam splits.

VG+ The record visually displays noticeable light surface and hairline marks but only the occasional minor scratch. Playing, the record displays light crackle in the run-ons and occasionally between tracks and slight background noise, occasional 'pops/clicks'. The sleeve and/or inner sleeve displays light-normal wear around edges, spine etc. with minor marks but no tears or major defects.
