"I Love The Boy Who Lives Next Door" / "Gee I’d Swear I Was Falling In Love"

One of the best girl group vocal mid ‘60s 45s - an excellent midtempo northern sound backed with an obscure P.F Sloan co-penned tune. Filed by northern soul and girl group 45 collectors.
CONDITION: I grade for visual, and for playback.
Grades are: Near Mint (for store stock - unplayed), VG++ (close to perfect) VG+ (excellent keeper copy)
VG , VG minus, and G (what most ebay sellers award as a VG grade is equal to my G condition).
I do not use the EX grade. EX = VG+ in my strict grading standards.
Visual: VG++ I can see only a few faint hairlines from the pressing in the vinyl trail-off area, otherwise, it is glossy-bright with nary a trace of play. “I Love..” label side is near perfect. “Gee..” label side has a slight bit of wear/ moisture stain.
Audio / Playback: Record plays perfectly.
POSTAGE:
The 45 will be packaged correctly - in a 45rpm mailer box with square filler pads.
