Frank - Old Blue Eyes - Swung through the second half of the 20th Century.

"Old Blue Eyes" belts sixty out.  Francis Albert Sinatra (12th December, 1915 – May 14, 1998).  An American singer, considered to be a fine vocalist, renowned for his phrasing and timing.  'Frank Sinatra' stands alongside Bing Crosby, Elvis Presley, The Beatles, Michael Jackson, Bob Dylan and P J Proby, as one of the most important popular music figures of the 20th century.

Rembrant - Old Brown Eyes - has stirred through the past four centuries.

"The Big Cheese"would have been 400 next July. Rembrant Harmenszoon van Rijn (15th July 1607 - 4th  October 1669) is generally considered one of the greatest painters and printmakers in European art history and the most important in Dutch history.  Rembrant worked in what, in a period that historians call the Dutch Golden Age (roughly coinciding with the seventeenth century), in which Dutch world power, political influence, science, commerce and culture - particularly painting - reached their pinnacle.

A great Artist.  Through his extraordinary energy and power in his delicate visual skills, he created masterpieces which show a treatment of mankind full of human sympathy.

Remers shares with Rubens the revolution whereby painting came to depict the more personal aspects of the painter: his home and his family.  Painted 350 years ago in 1656, Rembrant paints his only surviving son, Titus, with feeling, he makes, and has the extraordinary skill to create in paint, a huge sympathetic response to personality and atmosphere. To the initiated - this is the business. Frank can do this.

Both of 'em Georgy Best. One i' paint an one i' sound. They're a bit rare.
