Description
La Vern Baker "Saved" 1961 U.K. mono vinyl album London HAK 2422. Please see pics and use zoom for close ups.
The record has a couple of very light surface marks and one that looks a bit heavier, still like new shiny and in excellent condition. There's quite a lot of spindle marks, but this has clearly been well cared for; there's occasional slight crackle during play, barely noticeable and it still sounds brilliant.
The laminated flipback cover has a tiny rip on the back opening - see close up pic - could be neatly tape repaired but I'll leave that to the buyer to decide. There's very minor spine creasing and yellowing on the unlaminated back, no splits and is still gloriously shiny and in excellent condition. We don't see these very often; best condition one I've seen and heard in years...
