Description

Hard-to-find self-titled LP from The Feminine Complex titled "Livin' Love" released by Athena Records (6001) in 1969. Original pressing of this legendary cult album by Nashville all-girl teen garage band. Much of the album has heavy handed pop production with strings and horns but the girl vocals cut through and are quite good especially on some of the more moodier songs. A couple of tunes have some psych guitar sounds going on whether intentional or not the effect is there and it gives the album that 60's mystique we all are looking for. Another fine relic from our favorite era.

Labels are in EXCELLENT condition. Vinyl record is in VG+/VG++ condition with some light hairline sleeve marks and light sleeve fogging. Plays with some noticeable surface noises mostly in between songs and during some quieter passages but never overbearing...still sounds great! Cover is in VG++ condition with some wear at bottom corners, some lifting of laminate at corners, punch-hole in lower left corner, surface wear on backside and a ringmark on backside.
