NOTE: eBay has implemented its new FEEDBACK policy to which ANY customer for ANY reason or ANY excuse can give sellers (i.e. "us") negative feedback. Please understand, we have served thousands of "satisfied" customers and processed thousands of orders - far more than our feedback records indicate - It is our intention to give EACH and EVERY buyer our best possible service and we are known to ALWAYS deliver your purchased item. ALL items paid for are processsed 'outbound' to each and EVERY customer, satisfaction guaranteed. Keep in mind we have serviced THOUSANDS of satisfied customers and our aim is to continue to do so.
We make every effort to mail all orders out Friday of each week. Keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two at most. We also strive to keep our shipping and handling costs as close to actual charges as reasonable.
TO OUR REPEAT CUSTOMERS: We often get requests to hold orders to save on shipping. We are happy to do that. Please pay your current invoice within five days of auctions ending and IF YOU REQUEST we will hold your order and reflect a shipping discount for each additional order shipped together in the same parcel. To receive continual shipping discounts, we will hold your orders as long as you want, but it is necessary to pay each invoice you receive to stay current. Most importantly, we appreciate your business.
VERY RARE 1966 ORIGINAL RAINBOW CAPITOL with UNIQUE COVER
THE HOLLIES
LOVE N' FLOWERS
Canada - RAINBOW Capitol - Duophonic/Stereo - DT 6245
Rare 1967 original first pressing vinyl ~ BEAUTIFUL collectible from over 40 years ago with tremendous unique cover in TOP minty condition (see below) ...The Hollies rivaled The BEATLES for top chart hits action in England ... They went through the same musical phases as did the Beatles, from infectious beat-rock melody crafted tunes and on into psychedelic tinged grooves
The Hollies prove themselves on this album, a fabulous slice of sixties memorable tunes filled with charm & greatness that is...
For many Hollies enthusiasts, LOVE N' FLOWERS (1966) is considered the band's most accessible blend of beatrock and Mod-pop perfection. Nowhere is this album more appealing than in the tripped-out cover art that adorns this unique superior cover design Canada.
If you are a fan of tight professional vocal harmony, this is your Lp. Often it is impossible to separate the vocals, the layering is so precise. You can usually pick out Graham Nash's part [ the alto ]] ...'The Very Last Day', 'Put Yourself In My Place', 'That's My Desire', 'When I Come Home To You' and 'Fortune Teller' are just some of the highlights. There are excellent songs all all over both sides. Once you get into their style and flavors they'll hook you -- great enough that you could listen to this album for hours ...whatta gem! Good luck finding another copy none too soon!
