Factory Mark: Stamped IAM in a triangle on both sides (Scranton, PA plant).

Booklet: Original 24-page color book firmly attached.

1st State Error: Omits "Produced by George Martin" credit on the final page;

Jacket: Original 1967 Gatefold. No factory number on back cover (Earliest State).
Condition: [Insert Vinyl Grade] / [Insert Jacket/Booklet Grade]. With original sleeve;
