Please note: These records are not sold for sound quality.  I’m currently without a turntable, and I don’t have the ability to test-play vinyl.  If that’s an issue for you, please skip this auction, as I have no way of guaranteeing their sound quality.

1. Look Sharp! WLP Debut LP---- Joe Jackson

Vinyl--- VG+/VG+.  90% original shine. A few very light lines per side.

Plates--- P1/P1

Cover--- VG. Promo hole in top right corner, promo sticker at bottom of back cover. General wear, but NO SPLIT SEAMS.

Labels--- EX/EX.  Light spindle marks only.

Inner Sleeve--- Generic white.

2.  Talking Heads: 77 Debut LP

Vinyl--- VG+/EX.  Side 1 has one scuff mark on the lip, a few other short hairlines.  Side 2 looks nearly unplayed, except for just one or two very light hairlines.

Plates--- JW1/JW1.  Machine-stamped letter “O” means this copy was consign-pressed by Capitol Records in Jacksonville, Ill.

Cover--- VG.  Light to moderate general wear, but NO SEAM SPLITS.

Labels--- EX/EX.  One or two light spindle marks only.

Inner Sleeve--- VG.  Original inner sleeve presents well, but one side seam and the bottom seam are both center-split about 3 inches.

A generic white sleeve will be provided to ship the LP behind the cover, so as not to further damage your original inner sleeve.

3.  The Unforgettable Fire---- U2

Vinyl--- VG.  Both sides are covered in light scratches only.  None can be felt with the fingertip.  This copy will play with some surface noise.

Plates--- Specialty Records pressing.  “STERLING” mastering out of New York City.

Cover--- VG+.  Good-looking cover.  Bottom seam has light to moderate shelfwear.

Labels--- EX/EX.  One or two light spindle marks only.

Inner Sleeve--- VG.  Original inner sleeve presents well, but all seams have splits from an inch to about 5 inches.

A generic white sleeve will be provided to ship the LP behind the cover, so as not to further damage your original inner sleeve.

4. Never Mind the Bollocks---- Sex Pistols (Later Reissue)

Vinyl--- VG/VG.  Both sides are covered in light scratches and scuffs, none of which are feelable.  They just look ugly.  (How punk.)  This copy will probably play with some surface noise.

Plates--- SR1/WW1.  Hand-etched elongated triangle makes this copy consign-pressed by Capitol Records in Winchester, VA.

Cover--- VG+.  General wear, but not too much. NO SPLIT SEAMS.

Labels--- NM/NM.  Both labels look brand new.

Inner Sleeve--- Generic white.

5.  Dark Side of the Moon---- Pink Floyd First Pressing, No Poster or Stickers.

Vinyl--- VG-.  Lots of scratches and scuffs on both sides.  One is feelable, though it’s not a big scratch.  This copy will play with surface noise, like you’re standing out in the rain, listening to it.

Plates--- F64/G67.  Hand-etched elongated triangle makes this copy consign-pressed by Capitol Records in Winchester, VA.

Cover--- VG. General wear only, NO SEAM SPLITS.

Labels--- VG.  Both labels show light wear and light spindle marks.

Inner Sleeve--- Generic white.

6. Underwater Moonlight---- The Soft Boys

One of the rarest Robyn Hitchcock records out there.  Sorry, but this is a starter copy.

Vinyl--- Poor.  The vinyl is clean, but this copy has a serious warp, impossible for the camera to capture.

Plates--- ARM 001/ARM 002.  Definitely first British pressing.

Cover--- EX.  Back cover has a price sticker at the bottom right.  If you have a NM album but a worn cover, this cover would be a great replacement for you.  NO SEAM SPLITS.

Labels--- EX/EX.  Side 2 label has a price sticker on it.  Oddly enough (and the reason I decided to include it), both labels have very light spindle marks.  That’s a very good sign that the LP is playable.  I don’t have a turntable, so I can’t verify that for you.

Inner Sleeve--- EX.  Generic white original British inner sleeve.  NO SPLIT SEAMS.

A generic white sleeve will be provided to ship the LP behind the cover, so as not to further damage your original British inner sleeve.

CAUTION!  There has been a startling increase in bidders canceling their bids.  A word to the wise, I have started blocking any and all bidders who retract their bids regardless of the reason.

(Please note:  Regarding play-testing, my Technics turntable has somehow seized.  The tone arm is stuck in the up position, and I can’t get it to fully return to its cradle.  Is there anyone out there, who can tell me if this is an easy fix?  Thanks!)
