! THE VERY FIRST BEATLES 45 EVER AS ULTRA RARE NEW ZEALAND 7" FROM 1963 WITH GERMAN INTRO !

Only a handful of these 45's have ever turned up. Consider that the population in New Zealand in the 60's was labout 2.5 million - it's amazing this ever even got released here then, and just on population this is going to be 100 times rarer than the US issue !
And the really special thing about this pressing is that this New Zealand single has a large center hole (like in Germany for example) and not a small LP center hole as usual !
2nd New Zealand release, the record has the slow German-language intro. Record was released in 1963.
1st pressing from March 1962 had Tony Sheridan & The Beat Brothers + ROCK on both label sides.
Only a few hundred copies of this release were pressed, and there was no special label designation for promotional copies sent to radio stations. As the record was not a hit, most remaining copies are assumed to have been returned to the label, and destroyed.
