Mean Red Spiders “Last of the Teen Icons”, numbered edition of 500 #334.
WAAAA! This is an over-the-top garage punk record by the guys from The Chesterfield Kings – recorded in ’78 ’79 includes the SCREAMER “Rejected At The High School Dance” , “Diabolical” “Kick Your Ass Across The USA” and “I Got VD”
Damn man – I don’t know what else to say about this but at least “…High School Dance” is in my eyes (or ears) up there with any screaming KBD release and should have been on Killed By Death Volume 1!!! This is an unplayed nm copy, the sleeve would be nm except the very top is slightly yellowed and SLIGHTLY curled from age and storage as it is not exactly square.
