All records are cleaned, checked under strong light and play tested on headphones.
GRADING System for vinyls - visual/ play :
M mint , like new / like new
NM near mint , almost like new / almost like new
EX+ excellent plus , some hairlines / occasional low mild static noise
EX excellent , light scuffs & (or) hairlines / low mild surface noise
VG+ very good plus , one or couple of light scratches / light crackles through
VG very good , some scratches / lot of crackles but not overpowered music, no skip no jump
GRADING System for shellac – visual :
NM like new , played once or twice only
EX+ very clean and shiny with little evidence of play or sleeve removal
EX clean & shiny – no wear - few light marks
EX- clean with minor blemishes and perhaps a hint of light play wear
VG+ average condition with some scuffs , light scratches and general wear
VG pronounced wear – lack of gloss - numerous scratches , marks and scuffs
GRADING System for shellac – play :
LN almost like new
Low++ very occasional light mild crackles
Low+ very mild light crackles
Low light noise and mild crackles through
Med medium noise
Hi high crackles but not overpowered music and only for sale if unique record
