The Presidents were an Afro American band, they had not been sucessful in the USA charts and came to Spain on tour in a Franco's government's program for Festivals in Spain, led by Ministry of Tourism. They recorded three single for tiny Penelope label only released in spain. In two of them they were joined by Manuel Alejandro. Colourful spanish picture sleeve issue from 1969, impossible to get nowdays specially in this top condition.
