7" Unknown Acetate A Friend Of Mine / Window Shopping

Description

Couldn't find any details of a release with these 2 tracks on. The songs on this Acetate are both written by Ashford/Simpson & Armstead. I'm assuming that it was recorded during the 1960s although I can't prove it!

Both songs sound great (in my view that is!!) and the lead female vocalist is strong with some good backing vocals. 

On to the vinyl:

Visually it has surface marks but nothing too bad.

It has the occasional tic/pop and a few light crackles but plays through well in very good condition.

I am unable to load playback of the songs.

Just to confirm Window Shopping is not the Motown version written by R Dean Taylor and performed by him and The Messengers.
