Jack DeJohnette Have You Heard EX MILESTONE spiritual modal Great album with Bennie Maupin Saxes, Flute and Bass clarinet, Gary Peacock Bass and Hideo Ichikawa on Piano. This is a year after Bitches Brew, has some of the energy but much more delicacy in other places. If Gary and Hideo are new names to you, you are in for a treat, he has played alongside Dejohnette in the Jarrett Trio for decades, and really is a tour de force on Bass.The Japanese Pianist is very fine, as the leader knows from having played with two of the greatest Pianists to have emerged from America, and is no slouch himself, I can assure you from my years as a promoter of jazz gigs, he knocked out audiences when switching to the Piano seat.

Great full and warm sounding flat lp with no marks to playing surfaces, and very little wrong with the sleeve apart from edge rubs, with older sales all showing battered sleeves as they are very delicate. If the appearance or playgrade suggests it requires it, our records are cleaned on a wash and vac machine, using art du son fluid in distilled water.  This is already in a new heavy poly outer with antistatic inners added with outer sleeve and records all layered behind each other to prevent splits.
