Artist: MICKEY WHIGHAM
Titles: “Nothing Can Go Wrong” (A: vocal, B: instrumental)
Label: TOD-ANT RECORDS ~ #TD-500. Label is yellow with black text.
NOTE: Produced by George Kerr for Smit-Kerr Productions. Could not find this single documented anywhere – not on popside, ebay, google, discogs – nowhere! So I guess it’s genuinely rare?
Year: 70s?
Condition: Nice VG to VG+ with most of the original gloss. Has some light scuffing that produces a bit of light underlying surface noise, but no serious marks – no pops, clicks, or other issues. The record plays through enjoyably with strong fidelity and no distractions as you can hear in the accompanying sound clip.
Labels are clean with very slight rubbing starting to appear but no writing, stickers, or other issues.
An awesome, inspired performance from the combined talents of Mickey Whigham and George Kerr – if this one doesn’t fill the floor, I don’t know what will. Deserves some attention!
