Lyric inner bag, fan club application form.
The gatefold cover has VERY VERY VERY slight shelf wear when held to the light, otherwise mint condition. Lyric inner is mint, fan club application form is mint. A truly fab copy of one of DB's collectable UK albums, haven't seen one this good since it was released!
