Exceptional 78rpm set of "DEEP SEA CHANTEYS & WHALING BALLADS" 1947 by Commodore Records CR-11. Pete Seeger, Woody Guthrie, Peter Hawes, Millard Lampell. Records visually are a shiny E- condition with 3 sides having extremely minor marks that play through without issue. They look almost new. Cover has good binding / spine and liner notes at both ends. Spine has a couple of very minor defects in the paper. Bottom edge of front cover a bit rough. Overall very nice binder. I ship album sets as follows: Records are removed and placed in new sleeves and packed between 6 pcs of cardboard and bubble wrapped. Cover wrapped separately. Both are placed in a new box filled with peanuts and shipped Media Mail. Shipping records in this type of album is a sure way to break them - that's why I remove them. This is probably the nicest set of this classic you will find. Examine the pictures carefully. All questions answered promptly. Sorry, no returns.
