Description



This is an original American 78 RPM 10" Single Record by LOUIS ARMSTRONG & HIS ORCHESTRA from 1931. The two selections are "The Lonesome Road" and "You Can Depend On Me". Label / Number is Okeh 41538. This one's a lot of fun! On "Lonesome Road", the Reverend Satch and his Congregation deliver a Spoken Sermon tagged by a terrific Trumpet Solo. "Depend" is smooth and solid and features a terrific Armstrong vocal. Record has a few light scuffs and minor scratches, but plays extremely well with excellent fidelity and it retains a fine gloss. Labels have light spindle wear. Condition is: Record - E+ Labels - E+ A First Rate Item.
