This is a 78 RPM recording on the Conqueror label featuring Casey Bill Weldon.  On this record he uses the pseudonym "Levee Joe" but it is the same pressing as Vocalion 3220. Weldon was an American country blues musician, born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas who later lived and worked in Chicago was known as one of the great early pioneers of the slide guitar.  These sides were recorded on March 25, 1936.

On Side A is  "Flood Water Blues - Part 1"  

On Side B is  "Flood Water Blues - Part 2"  

Visually this record is in very good condition with light scuffs and scratches.  The record has a clean and shiny appearance with a smooth edge with no chips.  The labels are in excellent condition, but with a little wear at the edges. The visual rating for this record would be  V+ / V+.  Please view the photographs below.

Audibly the record is play graded V+ / V+ .

No visible wear, may have been gently played. Exceptional sound quality. Excellent plus
Like-new shiny appearance, 
minor rubs or scuffs, audibly plays close to new. Excellent
Very light wear, and light surface noise, mostly excellent sounding, maybe some light clicks Excellent Minus
 Light wear, some scratches but noise level is well below music, still a better than average record.  Very Good Plus
moderate surface wear and scratches, yet mostly shiny, plays well with moderate surface noise. Very Good
 Moderate visible  surface wear and some distortion of sound. An average well played vintage 78. Very Good Minus
 Obvious visible wear, some greying, and deeper scratches, diminished sound quality, but enjoyable play. Good
Actually not so good,
 I will not sell any record that is graded G  unless the reverse side is in better condition.
