DESCRIPTION:
Three good jazz numbers by Jack Pettis and His Band on a pair of Banner 78s. These feature Bill Moore on trumpet and very early Venuti and Lang. These are Pettis's first listed jazz sessions and date from December 1926 and January 1927. Nice copies with a few scratches.
