DESCRIPTION: Rare early Cajun Victor by Leo Soileau and Mayuse Lafleur from their October 19, 1928 session featuring heartrending vocals by Lafleur, who would be murdered nine days later at a Basile, Louisiana honky tonk where he was playing with Soileau. Some gloss still in grooves. Music clear with quiet surface.
