DESCRIPTION:
Essentially, Louis Armstrong's Hot Five with George Mitchell on cornet filling in for Louis.  Columbia did everything they could to capitalize on the break out success of Okeh's Louis Armstrong's Hot Five releases short of offering a free box of Swiss Criss with every sale.  Note composer credit in same font and size as artist name.  Johnny Dodds, Kid Ory, Lil Armstrong and Johnny St. Cyr could blow the roof off without Louis, and "Gate Mouth" is a hot jazz essential.  Minimal visual wear both sides with some light background mold spots no effect.  Plays loud and clear with quiet surface.
