DESCRIPTION:   Scarce race Columbia by Peg Leg Howell with Jim Hill added on mandolin from Peg Leg's last Columbia session.  Some crackle in spots due to many small scratches on "Ball and Chain Blues" side.   From the Ken Swerilas collection.
