DESCRIPTION:

Mirror like surface on this Brunswick featuring a frenetic 1927 string band take on "Milenberg Joys", a tour-de-force performance that would be right at home in a New Orleans jazz, steel guitar, or hot string band 78 collection.  Rodney Rogers, credited as composer of "Chili Blues",  also recorded as King, Queen and Jack and probably is hiding under a few other pseudonyms.  He was a master of hot Hawaiian steel guitar.
